Working for Trinity Academy St Chad’s
Trinity Academy St Chad’s aims to provide the best possible education to our students. To do this, we want to attract and retain the best possible staff to work in a committed, passionate and dedicated team. As part of the Trinity Multi-Academy Trust, we can offer candidates the opportunity to work in partnership with the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team, teachers in the school and other professionals across the Trust (including the Trinity Institute of Education and West Yorkshire Maths Hub). The working environment is supported by committed, hardworking and supportive colleagues who are focused on improving outcomes for our children. As an academy we have high expectations of staff and we expect staff to challenge our students and themselves. We set high standards and aim to display these in all that we do.
Working for Trinity Academy St Chad’s is rewarding; we can offer a fantastic environment, excellent CPD programmes and a range of opportunities to progress. These ambitions are shared across all schools within the Trust. Our weekly CPD sessions are delivered as a whole academy, in curriculum or key stage areas, and are an invaluable opportunity for whole staff development. This CPD package provides opportunities for academy leaders to deliver CPD sessions, as well as benefiting from sessions led by professionals from specialisms across the Trust. Our academy community is nurturing, inspiring and offers a culture where children achieve. Our staff are determined to help each and every student reach his or her potential during these crucial formative years. Our pupils are caring, welcoming and respectful, and take responsibility for their own behaviour. We work closely with parents and carers to develop these important values along with the core academic skills children need to succeed. We look forward to receiving your application form and our website shares more about our vision and values, but the best way to experience what Trinity Academy St Chad’s has to offer is to pay us a visit and come and meet our staff and wonderful pupils.
